- Phone numbers of your designated contacts
- Names you assign to contacts
- Escalation tier settings
Call Metadata:
- Incoming caller phone numbers
- Call timestamps and duration
- Which contact answered each call
- Call status (answered, missed)
What We Do NOT Collect:
- Call recordings or transcriptions
- Content of conversations
- Text message content
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide the StatPhone call routing service
- Send you service notifications (missed call alerts, account updates)
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Improve our service and develop new features
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations

- Service Providers: Companies that help us operate (Twilio for telephony, Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage)
