Welcome to StatPhone. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

StatPhone provides a call routing service that forwards incoming calls to designated phone numbers. We provide you with a dedicated phone number that, when called, rings your designated contacts according to your configured escalation settings.

2. Account Registration

To use StatPhone, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StatPhone for:

• Any unlawful purpose or illegal activities
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
• Transmitting spam, malware, or fraudulent communications
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Interfering with the service or its infrastructure

4. Not a Replacement for 911

StatPhone is not a replacement for emergency services. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 911 directly. StatPhone is designed for family coordination and business call routing, not emergency response.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Calls depend on third-party telecommunications infrastructure. We are not liable for missed calls due to network issues, carrier problems, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Billing and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• Your service continues until the end of your current billing period
• Your phone number will be released and may be reassigned
• Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy

8. Intellectual Property

StatPhone and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StatPhone and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatPhone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StatPhone and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
